Candidate must be a Pakistani by Nationality or from AJK

Must be MS/ MPhil qualified  From HEc Recognized Institute

4-years Bachelors degree Holders are also eligible to apply for direct Ph.D admissions

Maximum Age limit is 40 years if the applicant is a a regular faculty member or researcher of Public Sector Universties R & D organizations

Minimum age limit is 35 years for all other applicants

Applicant must have Valid and acceptable GRE & TOFEL scores

If the applicant have already secured Admissions or enrolled in top 235 United univerties and 23 university systems are also eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

Applicant must not have more than 2 second divisions throughout the academic career

Applicant must not have any 3^rd division or grade D throughout the academic career
