The Complaint Cell of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has successfully addressed and resolved 47 grievances filed by candidates in anticipation of the upcoming general elections in 2024.
The ECP Spokesperson released a statement confirming that the complaints, which encompassed issues related to the acquisition and submission of nomination papers, were promptly attended to. These concerns were efficiently forwarded to the relevant Returning Officers and District Returning Officers for swift resolution.
The spokesperson further emphasized that all legitimate concerns raised by candidates, particularly those pertaining to the non-submission of nomination papers, have been effectively addressed and resolved through the complaint resolution process.
