Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has kickstarted the Shiv Sena’s Lok Sabha campaign by announcing a tour of 48 constituencies across the state as part of the ‘Shivsankalp Abhiyaan.’ In a video conference address to party workers, Shinde urged them to gear up for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls scheduled for the first half of 2024.

Shinde directed party workers to actively support and campaign for candidates from the ruling alliance, ‘Mahayuti,’ comprising the Shiv Sena, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and the Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

The ‘Shivsankalp Abhiyaan’ is set to commence on January 6 from the Yavatmal-Washim constituency. Over the next month, Shinde plans to visit 15 constituencies, covering diverse regions of the state, as part of the initial phase of the campaign.
