Naseem Shah, a cricket player from Pakistan, got hurt in his shoulder during the Asia Cup and couldn’t play in the ICC World Cup. He had surgery in the UK in October and is now doing the last part of his recovery in Lahore at the National Cricket Academy.

The Pakistan Cricket Board mentioned that Naseem is at the gym and doing light exercises. He’ll start batting practice tomorrow. The board covered his medical expenses and had a team of experts taking care of him in the UK.

Naseem was in the news because he switched from Quetta Gladiators to Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League. Quetta got Islamabad’s first-round pick, and Islamabad got Quetta’s third-round pick in return. There were rumors he might join other teams, but he ended up with Islamabad.
