Semifinals will take place in New Jersey and Charlotte, with quarterfinals in Arlington, Houston, Las Vegas, and Glendale. Other host cities include Orlando, Santa Clara, Inglewood, Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City.

In the 107-year-old tournament, 16 teams will participate – 10 from CONMEBOL and six from North and Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF).

The 2024 Copa America will be only the second time it is hosted outside South America. The Centennial edition in 2016 was also held abroad, with Chile emerging victorious by defeating Argentina in the final through a penalty shootout.

The tournament draw is scheduled for December 7th in Miami.
